Cade Poston and the Warren Area High School tennis team finished second at the D-10 2A team championships on Friday.

ERIE – The Warren Dragons tennis team capped off a terrific season by finishing second at the District 10 Class 2A team championships on Friday at the Pennbriar Athletic Club in Erie.

The Dragons got a win from the No. 2 doubles team of Cade Poston and Zach Fincher in the semifinals to break a 2-2 tie with Grove City in the semfinals, where they met Fairview for the second consecutive year.

Poston and Fincher earned another victory against the Tigers, but it was the only one they got in a 4-1 setback.

Cathedral Prep won the 3A team title.
