A Pause In Paving

July 15, 2014
By BRIAN FERRY (bferry@timesobserver.com) , Times Observer

Traffic is backed up several blocks into Warren along northbound Market Street as a PennDOT milling and paving project constricts traffic flow on Market Street Extension just north of the city line. The paver used in that work had to be serviced on the scene after it broke a belt at about 2 p.m. Three sections of Market Street Extension - north of the city line, near the intersection with State Street and Follett Run Road, and south of the intersection with Hatch Run - have been and will be milled and paved over the next few days.
