Crash. City of Warren police reported that Kyle Graham, 22, Warren, was cited for a stop sign violation and operating a vehicle without insurance following a traffic accident at Route 6 and Ludlow Street where a bicyclist was struck.
Careless driving. City of Warren police reported that John White Sr., 82, Warren, was cited for careless driving after he struck a parked vehicle on Hickory Street and continued on to his residence failing to report the accident on June 30.
Disorderly conduct. Joseph Morgan, 34, Warren was cited for disorderly conduct on June 30 after police were called to the corner of Lexington Avenue and Oak Street for a report of a male screaming and yelling at 11:53 p.m.
Retail theft. Ashley Wojkiewicz, 19, Warren, was cited for retail theft on July 1 after she attempted to remove merchandise totaling $13.77 from a local retail business.
Arrested. Scott Wagner, 38, Warren, was charged with obstructing administration of law or other governmental functions on July 2 after he became disruptive during his appointment with the Warren County Probation Department. He was placed in the Warren County Jail on a probation detainer.
Public drunkenness. Aaron Houghton, 28, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on July 3 after officers were dispatched to a local convenience store for a disturbance at 12:44 a.m.
Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that Lisa Casper, 59, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct on July 4 after police responded to her apartment building to a report that she was yelling and screaming in the hallway causing alarm to the other residents.
Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that E. Maurice Bransford, 56, Warren, was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness on July 4 after police responded to a report that an intoxicated male had fallen at a local establishment. While at the Warren General Hospital emergency room, he became aggressive causing the police to be called again.
Harassment. City of Warren police reported that Andrew Miles, 48, Warren, was cited for harassment and public drunkenness on July 5 after officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Laurel Street at 11:43 p.m.
Arrest. On July 8, officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department, with assistance from City of Warren Police, arrested Rodney Allen Gage, 25, Warren, on charges of violation of parole. Probation officers learned that Gage had moved from McKean County back to Warren without notifying his probation officer. Gage was located at 12 W. Fourth Ave. and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Gage, who was paroled on the charge of theft by deception, was taken into custody by probation officers on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
