The following programs are planned at Chapman State Park this weekend:
Movie Night will feature "Season of the Bat" from 8:30 to 10 p.m. Friday, June 6. Bring the whole family to discover surprising bat facts and how bats benefit us all. Join the park naturalist to watch bats as they emerge to hunt insects and stay for the movie. Meet at the park Amphitheater. In case of rain meet at Pavilion #4.
On Saturday, there will be a "Stream Stomp" from 2 to 3 p.m. Investigate the stream by Adams Run Trail and look for fish, salamanders, crayfish and other aquatic creatures. Be prepared to get your feet wet! Meet at the Warming Hut (Mooring Area).
On Sunday, June 8, there will be a non-denominational worship service at park amphitheater at 10 a.m.
