Zonta paints courthouse purple

May 27, 2014
Times Observer

Members of Zonta Club of Warren participated in the campaign to "Paint the County Purple" at the Warren County Courthouse. Several members met and decorated the fencing with purple bows and a banner. The purpose of the campaign is to generate interest and support for the upcoming Warren County Relay for Life to be held at Betts Park, June 21-22. Purple bows can be purchased from Relay teams or at the American Cancer Society office. On June 6, from 3 to 7 p.m., there will be a celebration on the court house lawn. Pictured from the Zonta Club are Jetta Bishop and Judy Gibson, and Phyllis Wright and Carol Barnickel.
