Ordinance violation. Conewango Township police reported that on April 29 they received a nuisance complaint about a property belonging to Jamie Lee Sutliff, 3170 Yankee Bush Road. Upon inspecting the property, police observed large amounts of household garbage and other debris strewn about the property. The Conewango Township supervisors sent Sutliff a certified letter advising him that he had 15 days to clean up his property or he would be cited for a violation. On May 14, police followed up on the investigation and observed that Sutliff had failed to clean up his property. Police charged Sutliff with a sanitation nuisance violation.
DUI. Warren-based state police reported stopping Scott Rudolph, 53, Sheffield, for a traffic violation on May 14 at 7:26 p.m. on Keystone Ave. Upon further investigation Rudolph was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Rudolph will be charged with DUI and other traffic violations.
Bad check. Tidioute Borough police said they have charged Holley L. Walker, 271 Green Oak Lane, Tionesta, with issuing a check in the amount of $432 which was returned due to insufficient funds. After notice was given, Walker failed to make good on the check.
