David C. Moronski, 58, of Grand Valley, passed away unexpectedly Monday morning while working in Grand Valley.
David was born on December 25, 1955 in Titusville, a son of the late Joseph and Anna Hays Moronski. He was married to Debra Graves on April 23, 1977 at Corry, PA.
David was a graduate of the Youngsville High School, class of 1974. He had been self employed as a logger since 1981.
He was a member of the Grand Valley Volunteer Fire Dept. He enjoyed hunting, being in the woods, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a NASCAR fan.
David is survived by his wife of Grand Valley; a son, Scott Moronski and his girlfriend Shelly Powell of Spartansburg; four brothers, Joseph Moronski and wife Carolyn of Clarence, NY, Glenn Moronski of Amosa, FL, George Moronski of Marienville, and Richard Moronski and wife Jan of Grand Valley; three sisters, Linda Carlson and husband Ken of Tonawanda, NY, Virginia Adessa and husband Louis of Horsehead, NY, and Judy Hepler and husband Bill of Amosa, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald A. Moronski, Sr.
Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and attend the funeral service there on Thursday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ralph Culp, pastor of the Grand Valley United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Sanford Cemetery.
