County students were up against marketing and business students from Venango Technology Center and St. Marys, Bradford Area, and McDowell high schools.
The top five students in individual events and the top three finishers in team events qualified for the state finals.
Students had to take 100-point multiple choice tests and role-play a situation.
"This requires the students to find a solution to a real-world situation in their business or marketing event and present their solution to a judge," Marketing Teacher Cathie Cummings said.
The other county students who qualified were:
Leah Gorgacz (second, Sports Entertainment Marketing), Devin Sharp and Rick Hasselman (second, Travel and Tourism), Kaitlyn Brown and Emily Ponce (second, Hospitality Services), Alyssa Kotar (third, Business Services Marketing), Destinee Power (third, Restaurant and Food Service Management), Shannon Saporito and Shelby Graham (third, Financial Services), Bethany See and Amber Skinner (third, Hospitality Services), Jon Shelton and Darin Francisco (third, Sports and Entertainment Marketing), Adam Flagella (fourth, Principles of Hospitality and Tourism), Reilly Franklin (fourth, Principles of Finance), Lauren Frazier (fourth, Marketing Management), Bruce Jones (fourth, Quick-Serve Restaurant), Sammy Sherrard (fourth, Retail Merchandising), Jessica Mohr (fifth, Accounting Applications), and Ron Stanko (fifth, Apparel and Accessories Marketing).
