Florence L. Frank, 79, of 108 Laurel Street Lakewood, NY, and formerly of Sugar Grove and Panama, NY, passed away on Monday, November 4th, at WCA Hospital, Florence was born in Sugar Grove, Pa. on January 7, 1934, a daughter of the late Ellsworth A. and Beulah Loomis Dobson. She was a 1952 Graduate of Panama High School and was formerly employed by Jamestown Mutual Insurance Company and the original JCPenny store in the Chautauqua Mall in Lakewood. For many years, she was heavily involved with the local chapter of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill and often headed up their membership drives. She was also active as a former sunday school teacher, and member of the Friendship Circle at the Lakewood United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gatherings with family and friends. She was the wife of Gail C. Frank whom she married in Panama on Feb. 6, 1953.
