Two defendants entered guilty pleas, two were bound over for court and one had charges withdrawn in central court proceedings before District Justice Laura Bauer on Wednesday.
Entering guilty pleas were:
Mark B. Gleason, 1782 Route 337, Tidioute, to one count of harassment subjecting another to physical contact.
Robert Eugene Silvis, 158 Main Street, Tidioute, to one count of harassment subjecting another to physical contact.
Bound over for court were:
Robin Ostrowski, 1215 Yankee Bush Road, Warren, for one count of criminal use of a communications facility; two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver, a count of disorderly conduct with hazardous physical offense, two counts of intent to possess a controlled substance by a person not registered and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dawn Marie Thompson, 322 Prospect Street, Warren, was bound in absentia and a bench warrant was issued for a count of theft by unlawful taking movable property.
Charges of burglary of an overnight accommodation with no person present, criminal trespass entering structure and theft by unlawful taking movable property against Laura K. Tomasone, 619 Fourth Avenue, Apartment 1, Warren, were withdrawn.
