Sheffield's Hannah Vile racked up 10 assists for Lycoming College and Tidioute's Loralee Lindemuth had eight digs for Penn College when the two teams met as part of a quad-match on Saturday, September 14. Lindemuth also added 12 kills in Penn College's loss to Penn State Mont Alto on Sunday, September 15. Penn College is now 1-8 overall and 1-1 in conference play, while Lycoming improves to 7-5 on the year.
Eisenhower grad Kelsey Repke had a team-high 25 digs in Pitt-Bradford's win over Rutgers-Camden at the Neumann Knights Invitational on Friday, September 13. Repke then went on to lead the Panthers defense with 14 digs in a win over Bryn-Mawr. Pitt-Bradford is now 4-5 on the season.
Eisenhower grad Josiah Blick notched his second goal of the season in Pitt-Bradford's 3-1 win over Alfred State on Sunday, September 15. The Pitt-Bradford men's soccer team is now 3-4 overall.
The Kinzua Soccer Club U-12 boys defeated Millcreek Soccer Academy by a score of 10-1 on Sunday. Devon Navarolli led the way on offense with three goals, Mitchell Grosch had two, and Tyler Gustafson, Ryon Flatt, Damon Navarolli, Caleb Lindell, and Luke Smelko each had one. Flatt added two assists, while Devon Navarolli, Grosch, and Lindell had one. On defense, Ben Berdine, A.J. Seyler, John Cage, Alex Nebinski, and goalkeeper Thomas Bablak helped stifle the Millcreek attack.
The Kinzua U-14 team downed Titusville, 4-2. Goal scorers were Tanner Kays with two, Ryan Duckett, and Connor Guiffre. Bryce McCracken had two assists and Guiffre added one. Jimmy Lobdell, Jake Funari, and goalkeeper Seth Harrington were defensive standouts for Kinzua.
