Perfect scores were shot by Carroll's John Foster, Tom Sleeman, Mike Mackey and Ray Lee, Randolph's Kim Milford and Celoron's Bob Faga. High lady was Bonnie Whalen with 48. High junior was Brady Carl with 49. High sub junior Dalton Becker with 48. High vets were Lee and Faga with their 50s. High senior vet was Sleeman with his first 50 in the league. High super senior vet was Gary Sickles with 49.

Several Warren County Little Leaguers attended the Little League World Series on Friday in Williamsport, including Boys Majors 11-and-12-year-old all-stars Mitchell Grosch, at left, and Ryan Arnold, right, posing with Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Great Lakes Region 12-year-old starting pitcher Chad Lorkowski. At 6-foot-3 and 219 pounds, Lorkowski is in the same Little League division as Grosch and Arnold. Lorkowski pitched on Friday at Volunteer Stadium, losing in a pitchers’ duel to 6-foot-4, 166-pound Chula Vista, Calif. pitcher Grant Holman. For LLWS results, see page C-3.
