Smith retires at top Sgt. after 20 years

Bradley (Brad) Smith from Warren has retired after 20 years of honorable service in the United States Air Force. He retired at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, reserved for only one percent of the enlisted force. He recently served as the Superintendent of the 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley Air Force Base, Va., where he led an 89-member organization responsible for a $1 billion contract portfolio.
