Two individuals were held for court and two other preliminary hearings were held in the defendants' absence during central court proceedings on Wednesday before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.
The following were held for court:
Chauntae Jeffries, Pittsburgh, who has been charged with receiving stolen property and false identification to law enforcement officer.
Mikael Wismar, 65 W. Main St., Columbus, on two separate dockets. On one docket, Wismar has been charged with resisting officer or other law enforcement. On the other docket, he has been charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, harassment - comm. lewd, threaten, etc. language and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense.
The following preliminary hearings were held in the defendants' absence.
Heather Tremblay, 1837 Hemlock Rd., who has been charged with theft by unlawful taking - movable property. A bench warrant has been issued for Tremblay's arrest.
Paul Kocur, Warren County Jail, who has been charged with burglary - overnight accommodation, person present and criminal trespass - enter structure.
