Public drunkenness. WarrenCity Police cited Amber Haight, 25, Sheffield, on July 28 for public drunkenness after officers were investigating three people acting suspiciously near a vacant building.
Public drunkenness. Warren City Police cited Stephanie Sweet, 30, Warren, for public drunkenness on July 27 after officers came across a suspicious vehicle and finding her in a highly intoxicated state.
Disorderly conduct. Warren City Police charged three juvenile males with criminal attempt, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after officers responded to a report that they had been terrorizing a resident of an apartment building on several occasions. They have been referred to Juvenile Court, according to police.
Charged. Warren Ctiy Police charged Deborah Streich, 51, Warren, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after her purse was turned into the police department and was found to be containing illegal substances, according to police.
Harassment. Warren-based state police said on July 28 at Wilderness Park a verbal argument between two people progressed into a physical altercation. Police said another person then entered into a physical altercation. Charges of harassment were filed through District Justice Glenn Carlson's office according to police.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Theft. Janet Flasher, Sugar Grove, reported to Warren-based state police that she caught Neil Ross, Sugar Grove, and Jeremy Burger, Union City, taking scrap metal from her property in the 800 block of Deer Run Road at 3:41 p.m. Monday. Police said Ross was taken into custody and placed in the Warren County Jail on a detainer from Erie County Adult Probation. Police said Ross and Burger are being charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
