A day after more than a dozen police vehicles descended upon a Pleasant Township home in response to a home invasion call, numerous police were back on the scene Thursday afternoon.
Officers from Pennsylvania State Police, City of Warren Police, and Pennsylvania State Board of Probation and Parole were at the 533 Crescent Park address at about 12:30 p.m.
According to scanner traffic Thursday afternoon, there was a report of a man on a roof in that area.
At about 1 p.m. Thursday, a man was taken away in handcuffs.
According to state police, state parole was the agency in charge.
Parole Director of Communications Sherry Tate said an individual was arrested, but a determination of whether to charge him or "do something else" had not been made Thursday afternoon. "There are many different options that agents have at their disposal," she said. If the individual is not charged, he could "be referred to different programs."
Tate said she could not release the name of the individual taken into custody.
In cases where charges are filed, that information becomes public.
