A call for a possible home invasion resulted in a strong police response at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
In the end, there was "no evidence of a crime," according to Pennsylvania State Police Cpl. Ryan Nuhfer.
At least 14 police vehicles were parked near 533 Crescent Park in Pleasant Township. Officers, some with weapons drawn, some with rifles, could be seen on all sides of the home.

Police vehicles line Crescent Park in Pleasant Township after a resident called to report a possible home invasion. A search of the home turned up no invader and no evidence of a crime, according to police.
Nuhfer said a resident called police after he "heard noises in his house."
"He thought somebody was in his house," Nuhfer said. "He thought he had somebody cornered in his attic."
Officers from Pennsylvania State Police and City of Warren Police surrounded the house and conducted a sweep, Nuhfer said.
No invader was found and police cleared the scene by 3 p.m.
No traffic was allowed on Crescent Park from Route 6 to Biddle Street throughout the incident.
