Theft. Warren-based state police were called to a cell tower work site near Weaver St. for a theft that took place sometime between July 5 and July 12. According to the police report, someone unlawfully cut the lock off a gate at the above location to gain entry to the site run by General Dynamics, of Dewitt, NY. Several rolls of copper wire valued at $800 was stolen. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police in Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Harassment. Warren-based state police responded to the Warren State Hospital on July 15 at 3 a.m. after Justina Robison, 31 of Warren, punched a victim in the neck and a second victim in the ribs. The accused was charged with two counts of harassment. The charges were filed through District Magistrate Bauer's office.

Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police responded to a call from Rae Anne Fischer, 66, of Townline Rd., after the victim's mailbox was smashed with a blunt object by an unknown person. The incident occurred on July 12 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police in Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
ACT 64/Crash. On July 14, at approx. 2:25 p.m., Warren-based state police were dispatched to the scene of a crash involving Shelley N. Kagle, 54. According to police, Kagle was traveling south on SR 127 just south of Tidioute Boro, when she lost control of her vehicle. It went onto the southbound berm and began to slide counterclockwise. Kagle attempted to regain control and went into the northbound lane before traveling back into the southbound lane and into the woods. Once in the woods, police say the vehicle hit a dirt embankment and brush before going down two 15 foot drop-offs. The vehicle then traveled through some more brush before rolling over upside down into the creek where it came to rest. The crash is still being investigated. During the course of the investigation, police say a small amount of marijuana was discovered in a pill bottle belonging to Kagle. Kagle was transported to Hamot Medical Center in Erie for treatment of moderate injuries by STAT Medivac. Tidioute Volunteer Fire and Ambulance assisted state police at the scene. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Koebley's Towing.
Theft. Youngsville Police report an unknown person(s) enter St. Luke's Church while it was unlocked between April and May 2013 and stole several gift wrapped items worth over $300. The gifts were giveaway prizes for bingo. Anyone with information is asked to contact Youngsville Police at 563-7555.
