Once again is time for the Barnes UM Church to host its annual Strawberry Festival on Thursday, June 20 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. The cost is a simple donation. Strawberry shortcake on homemade biscuits, coffee or Kool-Aid. Bring a friend or neighbor and join us in bringing in the traditional beginning of the summer season. The Sheffield Rotary Annual Golf Scramble was held on Saturday, June 1 at Kane Country Club with 19 golfers taking part.

Lamonte Silvis recently presented the Sheffield VFW with a flag that flew over Camp Phoenix in Afghanistan. Silvis works for a security unit and was recently working in Afghanistan.
