Chautauqua Regional Youth Ballet, under the direction of Monika Alch, artistic director, presents its 2013 Spring Gala Performance Saturday, June 15, at 7 p.m. at the Reg Lenna Civic Center.
The Spring Gala features all the student of the CRYB from ages 4 through young adult. The program features classical ballet repertoire along with contemporary ballet and modern works. The Youth Ballet whose focus is classical ballet training is located in Jamestown and attracts students from around the region including Olean, Fredonia, Forestville and Salamanca. Five of the students performing this year are from the Warren area.
The program will include ballet works set to Bizet's Carmen, Vivaldi Flute Concerto in g minor and music by Phillip Glass. Classical variations from Paquita and Don Quixote will be danced by intermediate and advanced students and also an original work set for CRYB to the music of the Red Violin.

The program will last approximately an hour and a half. Tickets are available at the Reg Lenna Box Office. Adults: $14 Seniors and Students: $12 Children 6 and under $6. The box office may be reached at (716) 484-7070.
