The following activities are planned at Chapman State Park this week:
On Saturday, June 8, make Father's Day Gifts. At 4 p.m., meet the Park Naturalist at the Environmental Learning Center to create a gift to take home. All supplies will be provided.
From 7 to 9 p.m., there will be a Sunset Paddle. Come paddle Chapman Lake and the West Branch of the Tionesta Creek by sunset! Learn about the park and its critters. Call the park office at 723-0250 and pre-register by Friday, June 7, as canoes and kayaks are limited. You are welcome to bring your own canoe or kayak, but you must still register. Meet at the beach concession stand.
On Sunday, there will be a non-Denominational Worship at Park Amphitheater at 10 a.m.

June 15 at 11 a.m.-Turtle Program with John Bowler
June 15 at 2 p.m.-Stone Turtle
June 21 at 6 p.m.-Animal Traces

The Chapman concession stand (boat rentals/snacks/ice/firewood, etc.) is open from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Use your camping receipt to receive a 10-percent discount on boat and bike rental. These programs are free of charge.
