The annual Four Flags ceremony will be held at Heritage Point, Crescent Park, at the foot of the Hickory Street Bridge, at 10:45 a.m. Saturday, May 25.
Dr. Howard Ferguson will be keynote speaker. Tim Greenlund will be master of ceremonies, and the Rev. Fr. Jim Guttig of Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church will offer the invocation.
A color guard will be provided by Boy Scouts of the Chief Cornplanter Council, Troop 21, Grace United Methodist Church. Music will be provided by the Elks Club Band and possibly the Barbershoppers Chorus of Warren.
The ceremony will include the presentation of the Seneca Nation of Indians flag; "Song of Mother Earth" (Indian tune) by Mark Davis; presentation of the French flag; "La Marseilles" by the Elks Club Band; presentation of the English flag; "God Save the Queen" by the Elks Club Band; presentation of the American flag; and "The Star Spangled Banner" by the Elks Club Band.
The Four Flags committee and coordinators of this year's event are Exchange Club, John McGarry; Kiwanis Club, Dick Swanson; Lions Club, Don Reed; Rotary Club, Addison Legere; Warren Jaycees, Don Hyde; and Zonta Club, Cheryl Gruber.
