Volunteers help at library

May 20, 2013
The Times Observer

The Warren Library Friends held a beautification work bee recently and 27 Beaty eighth-grade students turned out at the invitation of Ecology Club advisor Carolyn Yurick. Students helped weed and rake flower beds, prune bushes and shrubs, trim the hedges and pick up trash around the property before piling the organic matter at the curb for collection during the city's annual pickup. Pictured are, back row, Alexa Morrsion, Samara Steber, Abby Koebley, Baylie Hoffman, Haley Nelson, Gage Labesky, Sarah Roney, Haley Tuller, Michael Reidman, and Riley Zaffino. 3rd row, Michael Okruch, Landon Reagle, Justine Lasecki, Aubrey Greenland, Mrs. Yurick, Hope Colvin, and Alexis Delco. 2nd row, Tristan Davis, Nick Giambrone, Duke Lilja, Adam Barker, Tyler Gillotti, Sequoia Eastman, Kennidee Marotta, Shaylin Huntington, Damaris Cochrane, and in front, Seth Baldensperger and Noah Becker. Friends board members Phyllis Wright and Andy Yurick rounded out the crew.
