The Jefferson DeFrees Center held a Children's Fair Saturday.
Executive Director Cindy Paulmier said, "It's a part of the Month of the Young Child we've been doing for at least the last five years. It's been cut way back because of (loss of) funding, but it's still a free event for families."
A disc jockey entertained the families and events included child development activities, fine motor skills games, a spinning wheel with prizes and Marty's Bubble Gum Machine.
