Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that between 11 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday an unknown vehicle purposely ran over street signs in several locations. They are: Route 59 and Keenan Street, Mead Township; Cobham Park Road and Scandia Road, Glade Township; Roper Hollow and Scandia Road, Roper Hollow and Cornplanter Road, Elk Township; Akeley Road and Cable Hollow Road, Liberty Street, and several along Conewango Street, Pine Grove Township. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
DUI. Warren-based state police reported that at 8:59 p.m. Saturday on Rt. 6, near Scientific Dr., Pamela Seybert, 50, Warren, was observed speeding. Police said they stopped Seybert's vehicle and it was discovered that she exhibited numerous signs of alcohol intoxication and was asked to submit to SFST testing, which she failed to successfully complete. Police said she was taken into custody for DUI and processed at the state police barracks. Charges are pending through District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
