DUI arrest. Warren-based state police reported that on March 29 at 10 p.m. Stephen M. Miller, 63, Farrell, Pa., was driving a Ford Ranger pickup truck that was stopped on SR 337 after troopers observed Miller committing several traffic violations. Miller was subequently arrested for DUI.
Public drunkenness. Warren-based state police reported that Aaron Daniel Merritt, 29, Tidioute, was cited for public drunkenness on March 30 at 3 a.m. after he was found staggering on Davey Hill Road following a report of a drunk male knocking on a resident's door asking for a ride.
Public drunkenness. Warren-based state police were called to a Pleasant Drive residence on March 31 at 2:45 a.m. According to police, Tyler Engle, 21, Youngsville, allegedlyknocked on a resident's door while intoxicated. Charges were filed through District Justice?Glenn Carlson's office.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that between March 30 at 10 p.m. and March 31 at 4 p.m. someone allegedly used an object to break a window in a 2004 Kia Optima on Rt. 6 owned by Jon McKown, Irvine. Damage is estimated at $200. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Harassment. On Thursday, March 28, at approximately 5:45 p.m., Youngsville Police were called to 15 E. Main St. for an alleged fight in progress. Two females, Katera Murphy, Warren, and Elizabeth Klark, Youngsville, had a verbal disagreement over money that turned physical. Charges are pending.
DUI. Youngsville police reported that Crystal Muczynski, 49, Youngsville, was stopped by police on March 23 at approximately 7:30 p.m. for alleged reckless and impaired driving. Police were called by other motorists that observed her driving off the roadway several times. She was taken into custody by police for driving while under the influence of a controlled substance.
