Eleven defendants entered pleas of guilty, seven entered pleas of not guilty and two bench warrants were issued in Warren County Court proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday.
Guilty pleas were entered by:
Josue Omar Arce-Roman, 108 1/2 S. 4th St., Olean, N.Y., to a count of retail theft. A charge of criminal conspiracy (retail theft) was not prosecuted.
Rob Allen Baker, 121 Sixth Ave., to a count of disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise.
Jason Scott Czyz, 76 Shady Ln., Jamestown, N.Y.,, to three counts of violation of the controlled substance, drug, device and cosmetic act. Two charges of forgery; seven charges of receiving stolen property; eight charges of procure any drug for self or other by fraud, forgery, etc. and five additional charges of violation of the controlled substance, drug, device and cosmetics act were not prosecuted.
Adrian C. Jewell, 261 Zolko Rd., Pittsfield, to a count of false swearing. A charge of perjury was not prosecuted.
Jeremiah Scott Kay, State Correctional Institute Camp Hill, to a count of retail theft and a count of driving while under suspension. An additional charge of retail theft and an additional charge of driving while under suspension were not prosecuted.
Christian Dennis Liebegott, 131 W. Smith St., Corry, to a count of unlawful killing or taking of big game. A charge of unlawful devices and methods, three charges of shooting on or across highways, two charges of loaded firearms in vehicles, a charge of unlawful use of lights while hunting and five additional charges of unlawful killing or taking of big game were not prosecuted.
Mark E. Lundmark, 2470 Rhine Run Rd., Russell, to a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and a count of careless driving. A charge of DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving and a charge of maximum speed limits were not prosecuted.
Dudley Eugene Morningstar, 201 Pleasant St., Sugar Grove, to a count of robbery. A charge of theft by unlawful taking and two additional charges of robbery were not prosecuted.
In a separate incident, Morningstar pleaded guilty to a count of theft by unlawful taking. Five charges of access device fraud and four additional charges of theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.
James Robert Sorenson, to a count of criminal conspiracy (weapons or implements for escape). One charge each of criminal conspiracy (escape), criminal attempt (escape), criminal conspiracy (possession of instrument of a crime), criminal conspiracy (institutional vandalism) and institutional vandalism were not prosecuted.
Chantilly Lane Thomas, 319 W. Main St., Apt. 1, Sheffield, to a count of forgery. A charge of theft by unlawful taking and two additional counts of forgery were not prosecuted.
Russton Shawn Williams, 58 Locust St., to one count each of fleeing or attempting to elude police, driver required to be licensed and reckless driving. Two charges of maximum speed limits and one charge each of flashing signals, driving on roadways laned for traffic, turning movements and required signals and driving vehicle at safe speed were not prosecuted.
Not guilty pleas were entered by:
David Leroy Baca, 2 Sixth Ave., to two charges of indecent assault.
Savannah J. Birchard, 4 E. Airport Dr., Apt. A, Corry, to one charge each of possession of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking.
Bryan Wayne Busche, 114 Vine St., to a charge of aggravated indecent assault, a charge of sexual abuse of children, six charges of indecent assault and eight charges of corruption of minors.
Andrew Maurice Campbell, 1109 Spring St., to one charge each of terroristic threats, harassment, retaliation against witness or victim and disorderly conduct.
Daniel Paul Morehead, Warren County Jail, to one charge each of criminal conspiracy (escape), weapon or implement for escape, possessing instrument of crime and criminal conspiracy (institutional vandalism).
Christian Douglas Vail, 309 Lincoln Ave., to one charge each of criminal conspiracy (escape), criminal conspiracy (weapon or implement for escape), weapon or implement for escape, possessing instruments of crime and criminal conspiracy (institutional vandalism).
In a separate incident, Vail pleaded not guilty to one charge each of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Muriel Beth Whipple, 318 E. Fifth Ave., to one charge each of DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving, DUI: minors, DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16), driving while under suspension, general lighting requirements, rear lighting, required financial responsibility and purchase, consumption, possession, transport of liquor.
Bench warrants were issued for:
David Elmer Clawson, 68 Church St., Ludlow, for charges of DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), notice of change of name/address, driving while under suspension-with DUI, driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked, violations concerning licenses, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and restraint systems.
Richard L. Marrs, 642 Center St., Corry, for two charges of cruelty to animals.
