Winter trap
The Field Day for the Penn-York Winter Trap League was held Sunday at the Busti Trap Club. A shoot-off between Kalbfus and Sugar Grove to determine league champion was held with Kalbfus winning the 2012-13 league title.
For the Field Day competition, eligible shooters were separated into five classes and competed for almost $500 in prizes. Here are the results from that competition:

Eisenhower Area 8 qualifiers
Several Eisenhower youth wrestlers placed among the top three in their respective weight classes at this past Saturday’s Area 8 Sub-Area 3 Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling Championships held at Warren Area High School. The top three in each division’s weight class advance to this weekend’s Area 8 tournament at Corry High School. Complete county results were published in Monday’s Times Observer. Advancing to the Area 8 Tournament are, front row from left, Shawn Pascuzzi, Mikael Beaver, Easton Hedman, Josh Bortz, Curt Darling, Eric Dippold, Jeremyah Aiken and Will Strassburg. From left, Warren’s Jeff Nuhfer and Shane Burns teamed up to win the Men’s Open Doubles division on Sunday at 2013 AVI Spring Open Tennis Tournament held Friday through Sunday at the Lakewood Family YMCA. The Warren County Summer Trap League meeting will held at 6:30 p.m., Thursday at the Sugar Grove AmVets Club. The Chautauqua County Summer Trap League meeting will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, at the Busti Trap Club.

Warren County gymnast Emily Goodwill represented the Lakewood Starz gymnastics team at a quad-meet held Sunday in Batavia, N.Y. Goodwill earned first-place finishes in every event in which she participated. Here are Goodwill's scores from the event:
