Boys Basketball: Eisenhower vs. Cochranton, District 10 Class A Semifinals, at Edinboro University, 6:30 p.m.
College news
Youngsville High School graduate and California University of Pennsylvania track & field team member Abel Robinault competed for the Vulcans at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships this past weekend in Edinboro.
On Saturday, Robinault and teammates earned all-PSAC status in the distance medley relay event, finishing second overall in 10:09.75. That time was good enough for NCAA provisional standard.
Touchdown Club
The Youngsville Touchdown Club will hold a mandatory meeting for football players and their parents at 6 p.m. Monday in the high school cafeteria.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss football helmets in regards to player safety for the upcoming season. For more information, contact Melissa Blakeslee at 563-3244.
