Debbie Brown, center, was recently named Veteran of the Year. This an award given each year by the Warren County United Veterans Council "for outstanding sevice and devotion to his/her felow veterans." Presenting Debbie with her plaque are her husband Michael Brown and Ed Burris, president of the Veterans Council.
