Arrest. Warren-based state police report a warrant arrest which occurred at approximately 1:10 p.m. on Feb. 17 on Holly Street. According to police, Crystal Alina Conklin, 43, Warren, was arrested on a warrant from the Berks County Sheriff's Department. Conklin was placed in the Warren County Jail to await transfer to Berks County.
Pine Grove Twp.
Theft. Warren-based state police report investigating an incident of theft which occurred between Oct. 1, 2012 and Feb. 16, 2013. According to police, the Russell Volunteer Fire Department reported that a gas card belonging to the department had been used several times without permission. Investigation is ongoing.
