ERIE - Warren sophomore D.J. Fehlman scored a takedown with six second left in overtime over General McLane sophomore Keller Watkins for his second straight District 10 Class AAA championship, this one at 126 pounds on Saturday at Central Tech High School.
In addition to beating Watkins 6-4 in overtime, Fehlman won on Friday, then earned a 4-2 decision over Cathedral Prep's Alex Root on Saturday in the semifinals to move his season record to 30-1.
Teammates Chris McNeal (195 pounds) and Alex Streich (220) finished second to punch their ticket to the Northwest Region Class AAA Tournament in two weeks in Altoona. The top four in each weight class advanced.
