Warren County Adult Probation and Parole reported that on Feb. 8 officers arrested Bruce Messenheimer, 21, Warren, on charges of violation of parole. Messenheimer, who was originally placed on Parole on a charge of Statutory Sexual Assault, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County jail pending further court action.
