GROVE CITY - Warren sophomore D.J. Fehlman won the 126-pound championship final at the Fred Bell Memorial Tournament on Saturday evening at Grove City High School.
Fehlman avenged a loss last week by earning an 8-3 decision over General McLane's Keller Watkins as District 10's top two 126-pounders met in the final.
