Virginia L. Hesch passed away in Las Vegas on January 20, 2013. She was born on May 5, 1931, the daughter of Edward M. and Margaret Martin Dexter and stepdaughter of Katherine Nulph Dexter. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, William H. Hesch, her son, Jon Dexter Zawacki and a sister, Patricia Clifton. She is survived by one sister, Beverly Wilson; her children, Sherri (Jack) Kobielski of Lancaster, NY; Victoria Schmader, David (Sally) Zawacki, Teresa (Curtis) Whisman of Henderson, NV; stepchildren, Debbie Williams, Patrick Hesch, Timothy Hesch; 9 grandchildren and 9 greatgrandchildren.
Ginnie was a 1949 graduate of Warren High School. She received an associate's degree from Jamestown Community College. She was employed at GTE and California Regional Disabilities Center.
A Memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 2:00 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada.
