Charged. Warren-based state police responded to Warren Area High School at 11:20 a.m. Thursday after a known juvenile female grabbed a teacher's arm and then pushed her. Police said once the juvenile left the room, she was escorted to the school's office where she caused a disturbance while instruction was taking place. Police said she was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
