John and Sandy Adams of Russell and Michael and Diane Ruscher of Frederick, Md., are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Jessica Adams and Robert Ruscher.
Jessi graduated from Eisenhower High School in 2007. She holds a bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology and will graduate in May from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a master's degree in the same field.
Rob graduated from Damascus High School in 2005. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in communications media. He is employed at 522 Productions in Alexandria, Va.
