Michael and Caryl Decker of Russell are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Decker, to Mitchel Janocha, son of Paul Janocha of Punxsutawney and Kelly Mancini of Brockway.
Jennifer is a 2007 graduate of Eisenhower High School and a 2011 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where she received a bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology. She is pursuing a master's degree in physician assistant studies at South College in Knoxville, Tenn.
Mitchel is a 2005 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School and a 2009 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is employed as a senior tax accountant for Lattimore, Black, Morgan and Cain, PC in Knoxville, Tenn.
