Anna Marie Anderson Young, 72, of Tiona, Pa., died Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at UPMC Hamot, Erie, Pa., after a brief illness.
She was born in Warren, Pa. on April 16, 1940 to the late Melvin William and Mary K. Giltinan Anderson.
She had resided in Clarendon and Tiona, Pa. most of her life. Anna was a graduate of Warren Area High School Class of 1958. She was a member of Clarendon Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and attended the Tiona United Methodist Church. She was an avid cook, enjoyed Farmville on Facebook, fishing, camping, and the outdoors and was a caretaker for everybody.

Anna is survived by her children Deborah Casias and husband, Curtis of Russell, Pa., Jodi M. Papalia and husband, Terry of Warren, Pa., Ramsie W. Young and wife, Sandra of Panama City, Fla., her companion, Tony B. Mihalko, Siblings Mary Lou Trusso and husband, Matthew of N. Port, Fla., Rita Cogar and husband, Daniel of Sutton, WV, 6 grandchildren, 7 greatgrandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Young, whom she married September 1959 at the former St. Clara's R.C. Church, Clarendon, Pa., who died March 3, 2002, 1 Sister Carol Samuelson, 2 Brothers William J. and Melvin R. Anderson.
Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, Pa., on Friday, December 28, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where a funeral and committal service will be conducted Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Warren, Pa.
