Crime Stoppers crime of the week

The Warren County Crime Stoppers are seeking information on a hit and run crash that occurred in Pleasant Township on November 17 at 1:15 a.m. A vehicle was traveling west on Pleasant Drive and left the roadway at Kamp Street, striking a utility pole. The impact sheered the pole off and, according to police, left many people on Pleasant Drive without power. The vehicle then fled the scene and was seen traveling across the Hickory Street bridge and then up the Liberty Street extension. The vehicle is described as a late 90s full size Chevrolet pick up trick, red in color with a silver stripe down the side. It will have extensive damage to the front and/or passenger side and is missing its tailgate and sideview mirror. Anyone with information should call the Crime Stoppers at (800) 83-CRIME.
