One sentence was handed down by Judge Maureen Skerda and 12 were handed down by Judge Gregory Hammond during Warren County Sentence Court proceedings Friday morning.
Skerda sentenced Kirk D. Zofcin, 394 Saybrook Rd., Sheffield, to serve between 21 and 42 months in a state correctional facility with credit for 221 days time served and $700 in fines and costs for a count of former convict not to own a firearm.
Sentences handed down by Hammond included:
Karen E. Covey, 411 Laurel St., to serve between 34 days and two years less one day in the Warren County Jail with credit for 34 days times served, $850 in fines and costs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommended treatment, to continue current drug and alcohol treatment, to complete an anger management program and to have no contact with her victim for a count of simple assault.
Lee Anderson Jordan, 225 Pennsylvania Ave. W., Apt. 303, to serve between eight months and three years in a state correctional facility with credit for time served and to undergo a DNA testing for a count of forgery and to between one and four years in a state correctional facility for a count theft by unlawful taking. Jordan was ordered to pay a total of $2,573 in fines, costs and restitution.
Robert Roy Kinne, 5088 Madden Rd., Panama, N.Y., to serve between 72 hours and six months in the Warren County Jail, to attend the alcohol highway safety school and Warren Victim Impact Panel programs, to comply with all Veterans Affairs mental health recommendations, to complete 15 hours of community service, to forfeit driving privileges in Pennsylvania for 12 months, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and to pay $1,655 in total fines and costs for counts of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and careless driving.
James Allen Lindsey Jr., 136 Scott Run Rd., to serve between 18 and 36 months in a state correctional facility and to undergo DNA testing on a count of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders. Lindsey is a designated sexually violent predator and a lifetime sexual offender registrant.
Joshua David Lowery, 60 Allegheny Dr., to serve between 10 months and two years less one day in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, to serve two years consecutive probation upon his release, to undergo DNA testing, to undergo sexual offenders counseling, to have no contact with his victim and to pay $1,600 in fines and costs for a count of statutory sexual assault with a 14-year-old victim. As a condition of his parole, Lindsey is required to have secured a place of residence.
Larenda Kathleen Martin, 5 Scott St., Tidioute, to serve between 17 days and two years less one day in the Warren County Jail with credit for 17 days served, to perform 25 hours of community service and to have no contact with her victim for a count of theft by unlawful taking; to one year of probation consecutive to her release and to perform 25 hours of community service for a count of theft from a motor vehicle; and to one consecutive year of probation and perform 25 hours of community service for a count of criminal conspiracy (receiving stolen property). Martin was ordered to pay a total of $10,134.10 in fines, costs and restitution.
Ryan G. O'Sullivan, 13920 Rt. 19, Waterford, to two years probation, 12 months suspension of driving privileges and to complete 25 hours of community service for a count of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. O'Sullivan was ordered to pay a total of $363 in fines and costs for the charge and an additional charge of maximum speed limits.
Brett A. Pagley, 99 Hill Dr., Tidioute, to 90 days probation, $550 fines and costs and to undergo a healthy relationships program evaluation for a count of harassment.
Jesse Lee Parsons, 22 Mill St., Sheffield, to one year probation, perform 25 hours of community service, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, pay $650 in fines and costs and to have no contact with his victim for a count of simple assault.
Jacob W. Steinman, 241 Buchanan St., to serve between 44 days and six months in the Warren County Jail with credit for 44 days time served, to undergo the alcohol highway safety school and Warren Victim Impact Panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, to perform 15 hours of community service, to serve a 12 month suspension of driving privileges and to pay $1,900 in fines and costs on counts of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (.16+) and driver required to be licensed.
Nathan P. Walker, 14934 Mill St., Corry, to serve between 72 hours and six months in the Warren County Jail, to undergo the alcohol highway safety school and Warren Victim Impact Panel programs, to perform 15 hours of community service, to pay $1,750 in fines and costs and to serve a 12-month suspension of driving privileges for a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+).
Eric A. Weaver, 13829 S. Norrisville Rd., Meadville, to serve between 72 hours and six months in the Warren County Jail with credit for three days time served, to undergo the alcohol highway safety school and Warren Victim Impact Panel programs, to perform 15 hours of community service, to comply with all Crawford County drug and alcohol recommendations and all Stairways mental health recommendations, to serve a 12-month suspension of driving privileges and to pay $1,805 in fines and costs for counts of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and careless driving.
