Warren
Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on December 20 William Cook, 33, and Traci Suleski, 27, both of Warren, were cited for harassment after officers were called to their residence for a domestic dispute.
Aggravated assault. Warren City Police reported that on December 13, Brian Knisely, 36, Warren, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief after an investigation of an assault where he entered a residence and assaulted a male victim. Knisely was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and placed in the Warren County jail on $25,000 bail.
Forgery. Warren City Police reported that Robert Guiffre, 50, Warren, was charged with forgery and theft by unlawful taking after he reportedly forged checks from his place of employment totaling $592.40. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Conewango Twp.
Theft. Conewango Township Police reported that sometime between December 19 and December 21 someone stole four catalytic converters from four different 2012 Dodge Ram diesel pick-up trucks had had been parked in the Ed Shultz car leadership parking lot in North Warren. Each converter has a value of $2,000. Anyone with information is asked to contct the Conewango Township police department.
Crash. Conewango Township Police report investigating a motor vehicle crash which occurred at the intersection of Jackson Run Rd. and Market St., at approximately 7:36 a.m., on Dec. 20. According to police, a Warren Bus Lines school bus, operated by Hazel Atwell, carrying 33 juveniles was on Jackson Run Rd. facing west preparing to make a left hand turn onto the southbound lane of Market Street. While the bus was attempting to complete the turn, the traffic light changed from green to red. At the time, a Ford Fusion operated by Karl Morrison, of Warren, was traveling north towards the intersection on Market Street. Morrison entered the intersection after the light changed to green for northbound traffic as the bus was completing its turn and was unable to stop, striking the left front bumper of the bus with the passenger side of his vehicle. Juvenile bus passengers were checked for injuries and transported to school via another bus and the bus involved in the accident was able to be driven from the scene. The Morrison vehicle sustained heavy passenger side damage and towed from the scene by Pennmark Towing Service. No injuries were reported. Police were assisted on scene by Emergycare personnel.
Deerfield Twp.
Arrest. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested James Ray Sullivan, Garland, on December 17 on charges of violation of probation. Sullivan, who was originally placed on parole on a charge of retail theft, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
