According to the Warren County School District, all after-school activities have been cancelled for Friday, which includes all home and away sporting events involving district teams.
Despite precautions due to rumors of threats of violence on schools, officials said practices and games on Friday were postponed due to the threat of a severe winter storm.
Friday evening basketball games postponed included: Smethport at Sheffield girls basketball, and Sheffield at Smethport, Youngsville at Saegertown, and Warren at Bradford boys basketball.
