Cases handled in central court sessions

One defendant entered a plea of guilty while two cases were bound for court during Warren County Central Court proceedings Tuesday before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.

Jeremy Lee Anderson, 3 Pleasant St., Clarendon, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of trespassing. Charges of theft by unlawful taking-movable property, receiving stolen property and conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking-movable property were withdrawn.

Cases bound for court included:

Robert Michael Warner, 5387 Route 6 E., Sinclairville, N.Y., on charges of indecent assault person less than 13 years of age, indecent assault person less than 16 years of age, criminal attempt-involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, distributing explicit sexual material to a minor, corruption of minors and selling/furnishing liquor etc. to minors.

Mary Marleen Vanhart, 50 Shady Brook Ln., on charges of simple assault and harassment-subjecting other to physical contact.

One defendant entered a plea of guilty, two cases were bound for court and two cases had charges withdrawn in Warren County Central Court proceedings Wednesday before District Justice Glenn Carlson.

Dorette Wendella Melville, 213 Curtis St., Jamestown, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of bad checks. A charge of theft by deception-prevent acquisition of information was withdrawn.

Cases bound for court included:

Christian Douglas Vail, 309 Lincoln Ave., on charges of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, disorderly conduct engage in fighting and harassment-subject other to physical contact.

Kimberli Bogardus, 14 Cedar Ave., Jamestown, N.Y., bound in absentia on charges of retail theft-take merchandise and conspiracy-retail theft-take merchandise.

Cases with charges withdrawn include:

Michael Leroy Fisher, 113 Jackson Run Rd., charges of aggravated assault, criminal attempt-involuntary manslaughter and recklessly endangering another person.

Dylan Cole Wineriter, 204 N. Parker St., charges of conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking-movable property and theft by unlawful taking-movable property.
