Warren's swim teams didn't beat McDowell, but the Dragons got their proverbial juices flowin' against one of the top swim programs in District 10 on Monday.
"We try to win our battles," said Warren swim coach Jeff Walters, whose Dragon boys are 1-1 after a 129-59 loss at the Warren County YMCA. The Lady Dragons are 0-2 in duel meets after a 127-56 defeat.
Team losses aside, several Dragons are getting close to school records, and there were a few first-place finishes on Monday night at the meter pool.
