TITUSVILLE -Warren overcame early foul trouble, and outscored Titusville 20-13 in the fourth quarter of a 74-67 non-region win.
"(With early foul trouble), we had to play a lot of bench kids and I was very proud of how they came in and played," said Warren coach Jeff Berdine, whose Dragons improved to 3-0 against a team with four players 6-foot-5 or taller. "This was a pretty good test for us -playing on the road - early in the season."
Tanner Stanz "had a spectacular play on a steal and hustle three-point play" to put Warren up 51-50 with 1:13 left in the third period, and the Dragons never trailed again. Matt Sandberg followed with one of his three 3-pointers to go up 54-50.
"Our conditioning was a key," said Berdine. "Pretty much anything that could go wrong did go wrong in the first half and we hung in there. We scored on seven of our first eight possessions in the fourth quarter."
Despite playing limited time due to foul trouble, Mark Davis had 11 rebounds to go with eight points. Collin Fantaskey scored a career-high 20 points, including five rebounds, five assists and three steals, Sandberg added 13 points, six rebounds and six assists, and Jacoby Passmore six rebounds.

Cambridge Springs 63, Youngsville 37
CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS - Well into the second quarter of Friday's game at Cambridge Springs, the Youngsville boys basketball team appeared to be extending the momentum gained in Wednesday's victory over Commodore Perry.
Then, Broc Horn went down with an apparent shoulder injury.
The Eagles kept fighting until the bitter end, but the setback took some of the wind out of their sails during a 63-37 loss to the Blue Devils.
"That stopped our momentum for awhile," said Youngsville boys coach Keith Martin. "But it didn't last. By the end of the game, we were playing at the same tempo and with the same passion that we played with Wednesday night. (Cambridge) had (its) starters in until the end of the game and it was all they could do to get past 60 points."
Before leaving the game, Horn had five points. Coll Dininny had another strong game, finishing with 12 points and A.J. Gustafson added eight points.
