One case was dismissed, two defendants pleaded guilty and charges were withdrawn against another during Warren County central court proceedings in front of District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.
Charges of conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking-movable property) and disorderly conduct - engage in fighting were dismissed against Jesse Lee Ross, 1412 Pennsylvania Ave. E.
Charges were withdrawn against Christine Marie Renwick, 25 W. Main St., Youngsville. She had been charged with simple assault and harassment - subjecting other to physical contact.
The following pleaded guilty:
Edwin Howard Polley, 211 Crary Ave., Sheffield, to a count of disorderly conduct. One count each of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment - subjecting other to physical contact, as well as two counts of simple assault, were withdrawn.
Tammy Louise Ward, 212 W. Main St., Sheffield, to one count of retail theft.
