Dear editor,
I am sending this letter to the person who on Sunday, Dec. 2 shot my cat with a pellet gun. He made it home that evening but was in very bad shape. After four days of trying to save him by Kinzua Vet Clinic without success we had to put him down.
You succeeded in killing my cat. I live on the last block up the hill on N. Irvine St. My cat and several other cats spent their time around our neighborhood and up in the woods not bothering anybody.
Not only was this a cowardly, inhumane, and unlawful act, it sets a bad example for us who believe in the safe, lawful use and ownership of guns. Shame on you.
