Careless driving. Warren City Police reported that on Dec. 7 Corynne Spattifor, 67, Warren, was cited with careless driving after officers were dispatched to a one-vehicle accident in front of 318 W. Third Ave.
Retail theft. Warren City Police said a citation was issued to a juvenile male on Dec. 5 for retail theft after he was found to have concealed merchandise totaling $8.42 from a local business.
Charged. Warren City Police reported that on Dec. 5 Christian Vail, 19, Warren, was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment after officers were called for a reported domestic dispute where he allegedly made threats and physically assaulted another person. Vail was taken before District Justice Laura Bauer for arraignment and placed in the Warren County Jail on $500 bail.
Reckless driving. Warren City Police reported that on Dec. 5 Kyle Kitchel, 20, Warren, was charged with reckless driving after officers were called to a one-vehicle traffic accident with injury at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Hazel Street.
Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on Dec. 4 Christopher Fletcher, 29, Warren, was charged with harassment after officers were called to a domestic dispute. Police said Fletcher was taken into custody on existing warrants and placed in the Warren County Jail.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone broke a window on a vehicle belonging to a known 19-year-old female from Youngsville and removed a purse between 8:45 p.m. Dec. 9 and 2 a.m. Dec. 10. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
