Warren
Arrested. Officers of the Warren County Probation Department arrested Bonnie Richards, 33, Warren, on Nov. 27 on charges of violation of probation/parole. Richards, who was originally on probation for charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and theft by unlawful taking, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Prison pending further action.
Conewango Twp.
Harassment. Warren-based state police responded to a call at Warren State Hospital at 1 a.m. Dec. 6. According to police, Danielle Coudriet, 28, a patient, is accused of having physical contact with a known 28-year-old female. According to police, Coudriet will answer to the charge of harassment before District Magistrate Laura Bauer.
Glade Twp.
Harassment. Warren-based state police responded to a call from Warren Area Elementary School to investigate an assault that occurred Dec. 6 at 8:10 a.m. According to police, a known 12-year-old male struck a teacher with a hard plastic binder, after being told to leave. Charges of harassment have been filed.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a crash that occurred on Hatch Run Road, 1.2 miles west of Scandia Road, on Dec 5 at 7:20 p.m. According to police, Cerra Cole, 21, Warren, was traveling east on Hatch Run Road in a 2003 Subaru when she lost control of the vehicle and began to slide on dry pavement. The vehicle left the roadway and struck the embankment on the eastbound berm. Cole was wearing a seatbelt and denied having any injuries. Police said Cole was charged with driving on roadways laned for travel.
Pine Grove
Burglary. Warren-based state police are investigating a burglary that occurred at 339 King Rd. on Dec. 4 between 1 and 7 p.m. According to police, someone entered the residence and took a .22 caliber semi-automatic rifle and $200 in cash. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crime Stoppers.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a crash on Yankee Bush Road, four-tenths of a mile north of Samuelson Road, on Dec. 8 at 2 a.m. According to police, Daniel Haskins, 24, Russell, was traveling south on Yankee Bush Road attempting to negotiate a curve when he lost control of his 1997 Ford F-350 and traveled 69 feet off the west berm striking an embankment. After impact, the vehicle traveled 45 feet along the embankment coming to rest along the west berm facing south. Police report Haskins left the scene failing to notify police and leaving his vehicle blocking the southbound lane of travel. Police said Haskins will answer to summary violations, including driving vehicle at safe speed, before District Justice Laura Bauer.
Youngsville
Cited. Youngsville Borough Police cited Michael Paul Baker, 35, Youngsville, with public drunkenness after he was found passed out on E. Main Street at 1 a.m. Dec. 7. According to police, Baker was turned over to Warren County Adult Probation officers and committed to the Warren County Jail. The citation was filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
Jamestown, N.Y.
Arrested. Officers from the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Carmen Bonilla, 41, 157 Prospect St., Apt. 1, Jamestown, N.Y., on Nov. 27 on charges of violation of parole. Bonilla, who was originally placed on probation on a charge of retail theft, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail.
